How To Detect Negative Energies At Home Using Only A Glass Of Water?

There are so many techniques that can help you detect negative energies in your home.

Today we’re going to show you the simplest one which will detect negative energies and clear them from your home and maintain the harmony in your family.

We inhabit certain energies wherever we live. Our homes are a space of unity where many energies meet – our feelings, thoughts and emotions emit a certain type of energy, but also attract other energies. Family members, neighbors or visitors in our homes can bring in negative energies which may affect our mood and well-being.

 

The energy debris can be a result of negative emotions, thoughts, occurrences, and stress that you have experienced in your space.

Your house is like a sponge. Whatever transpires in your environment is absorbed into the walls, furniture, carpet, ceiling, and objects.

Frequently, these negative energies accumulate in the corners and tucked away places. Also, if you had a negative event happen recently or a lot of sadness or fear, cleanse your space immediately!

Once they enter your home, negative energies impact your whole life. They can cause your budget to fluctuate, break the relationships between family members and disrupt the harmony in your home.

As a result, you will feel anxious, restless and broken, with no will to live. However, the symptoms may not be noticeable early, which is why it’s important to know how to detect the negative energy in your home.

Before starting, it’s important to know the reason for the disharmony – sometimes, even negative energies are not the culprit. However, if you can’t find the underlying problem, try this trick to detect negative energies:

Get a clear (transparent) glass and pour sea salt in it – it should cover about 1/3 of the glass. Top the glass off with 1/3 water and 1/3 white vinegar, then put it in the room where you think the bad vibes are most powerful.

Put the glass in a hidden spot and leave it for a full day. Make sure no one moves it from the spot. After 24 hours, examine the glass – if it’s just like you left it, there are no negative energies in that room. You can try the trick in another room and see what happens.

If the glass has smudges or a lot of bubbles, and is clearly not like you left it, it is a result of energy problems. In this case, repeat the procedure again with a new glass, and repeat until it’s as clean as you left it.

It is important to know that you need to throw away the content from the glass in the toilet, and flush the toilet, which will clear all the negative energy absorbed in your house.

You can do the same the next day if you still feel bad vibes around you. Repeat the procedure until the water in the glass is the same as you left it.

There are plenty of apps, both free and paid, for the iPhone if you want a second opinion about the forecast from the stock Apple Weather app. One of the best alternatives is Yahoo Weather. The design is pretty similar to Apple’s app, until you begin swiping. It’s sleeker, includes a photo from each city or town, and has maps, too.

Recipes to keep you on track

On today’s dishing I talked about some recipes to help you have full flavor minus empty calories.
Quinoa with Latin Flavors
From EatingWell: December 2005/January 2006
Makes: 6 servings, 2/3 cup each

Active Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutesINGREDIENTS
1 cup quinoa, (see Note)
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 4-ounce can chopped green chiles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 14-ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth, or vegetable broth
1/4 cup pepitas, toasted (see Note)
3/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped scallions
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION
Toast quinoa in a large dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until it crackles and becomes aromatic, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a fine sieve and rinse thoroughly.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, until softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Add chiles and garlic; cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add the quinoa and broth; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer, cover and cook until the quinoa is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.
Add pepitas, cilantro, scallions, lime juice and salt to the quinoa; mix gently and fluff with a fork.
TIPS & NOTES
Notes: Quinoa, a delicately flavored grain that was a staple in the ancient Incas’ diet, is available in most natural-foods stores and the natural-foods sections of many supermarkets. Toasting the grain before cooking enhances the flavor, and rinsing removes any residue of saponin, quinoa’s natural, bitter protective coating.
Hulled pumpkin seeds, also known as pepitas, are dusky green and have a delicate nutty flavor. They can be found in the health-food or bulk sections of many supermarkets.
To toast nuts & seeds on the stovetop: Toast in a small dry skillet over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes.

Pea, Feta, and Crispy Prosciutto Salad
Hands-On Time 10 minutes Total Time 15 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 thin slices prosciutto (2 ounces) kosher salt and black pepper 1 1/2 pounds fresh peas in the pod, shelled (about 2 cups), or 2 cups frozen peas 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 ounces Feta, crumbled (1⁄2 cup) 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Directions
Heat oven to 450° F. Place the prosciutto in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until beginning to darken, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool (the prosciutto will crisp as it cools), then crumble.
Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the peas and cook until tender, 5 to 7 minutes (1 to 2 minutes if frozen). Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, toss the peas with the oil, Feta, scallions, prosciutto, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.

Skinny Bruschetta Chicken
Ingredients
3 or 4 chicken breasts
4 or 5 small tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/8. tsp sea salt
Handful basil, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (if you choose to bake your chicken rather than grill). Sprinkle some salt and pepper over top, cover and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes (depending on the size of your breasts) until juices run clear.
2. Meanwhile, combine chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and basil in a bowl. Refrigerate until chicken is ready to be served and spoon over top of the chicken.

Today we discussed getting ready for beach body season. Here are the list of stations on Spotify to help you through your 9 week training until summer:

1. Pulse of The Party – This playlist really lives up to its name. Being the pulse is all about being the one all eyes are on. All eyes will be on you as your workout and jam to this playlist. With artists like Pharrell, Pitbull, Katy Perry, and Lorde, you’ll want to keep your workout going just to finish the entire playlist.
2. Hip-Hop Club Bangers 2014 – Hard beats and hard lyrics all leading to hard workouts. Artists like 50 Cent, Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Azelia Banks make this playlist all you’ll need when you have a challenging workout planned. Bang out to the music and bang out your routine.

Let’s ACCOMPLISH this year

On tonight’s show I discussed a different way of looking at January and the new year. Below are my notes, hope it helps!

DISHING WITH THE DUCHESS – It’s a new year, and a new you? Last night we discussed resolutions and honestly I’m not a fan. Why? Because most of them break quickly and then that’s it. I’m all about changing for the future and forever. Baby steps. If you want to lose weight this year, break it down smaller. What will it take to get to your goal? You need to eat better? Stop junk food? Give up coffee? Go to the gym? I’m an advocate of vision boards. Sounds silly? Well, if you don’t try something new, you’ll never change. Change is scary. Change stinks. We as a society like to stay comfortable. Ever see really successful people and wonder how they do it? I challenge you to ask them. You know what they’ll say? That they pushed themselves OUT of their comfort zone. They tried something new. And you know what? Often times they fail. But if you aren’t willing to fall how will you ever get up?

You heard me last night say my resolutions are to travel, and continue to help people…you might think I cheated and didn’t give you anything good. And you are right. It’s because I am looking at right now. I don’t want to say something and then in 2 weeks have to deal with the pain of failure. Instead I have made smaller checklists of things I want to accomplish this year. Things like, up my weights that I lift in the gym by 10 lbs. To teach LIl Momma be more asserive. To learn how to cook at least 2 new dishes excellently. Can you see how if you change that one little word from “resolution” to “accomplish” how much more success you will have this year?
